David DeWitt, Wealth Advisor
Before becoming a Financial Advisor, David DeWitt worked as an administrator in Sarasota County Schools and Dade Country Schools. After transitioning to financial advising in 2001, he has gained extensive experience assisting Florida Retirement System (FRS) employees developing comprehensive financial strategies and financial plans that incorporate DROP, FRS Investment plan, FRS Pension Plan, and their current employer plan. With over 21 years of experience, David has helped countless FRS employees develop a precise, actionable plan seeking that all their assets are working toward achieving their goals.
In David’s free time he enjoys hiking in the mountains of North Carolina, exercising, and playing golf. David currently resides in Sarasota, Florida with his wife and his dog named Jackson.
Ryan DeWitt, MFin, CFP®, Wealth Advisor
As a Florida native, Ryan DeWitt received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida and Masters in Finance from the University of Tampa. Ryan has been working in the financial services industry since 2015 with clients ranging from retirees to young professionals, and has extensive experience assisting Florida Retirement System (FRS) employees develop comprehensive financial strategies and financial plans that incorporate DROP, FRS Investment plan, FRS Pension Plan, and their current employer plan. Ryan integrates financial planning software to track progress, shift strategies, and develop a timeline for retirement.
In Ryan’s free time, he enjoys hiking, exercising, and duck hunting with his Golden Retriever, Petey. Ryan is also an avid fan of all Tampa sports and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and being involved with his local church. Ryan DeWitt currently resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife and two dogs.
